Eksam ja sertifikaat

PeopleCert ITIL Affiliate logoPaketti kuulub eksamivautšer. Alates veebruarist 2022. on see nn. topeltvautšer - kui esimene katse ebaõnnestub, siis on võimalik ilma lisamaksuta teha ka teine katse.

Kuulaja ise määrab millal ta soovib eksami teha ja registreerib siis enda PeopleCert keskkonnas.

Eksam koosneb kolmekümnest valikvastustega küsimusest. Eksami läbimiseks ja sertifikaadi saamiseks tuleb koguda vähemalt 70% maksimaalsest punktisummast ehk anda vähemalt 21 õiget vastust.

Eeldused

ITIL 4 Digital and IT Strategy koolituseks on järgmised eeldused:

  • vähemalt kolmeaastane IT juhtimise kogemus
  • ITIL 4 Foundation sertifikaat või ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition sertifikaat

Maksumus

Terve koolitusmaterjalide pakett koos eksamivautšeriga maksab 750 €. Hinnale lisandub käibemaks.

Osaleja soovil on võimalik soetada pakett nn. Take2 eksamivautšeriga, mis annab võimaluse ka teist korda eksamit sooritada juhul, kui esimene katse ebaõnnestub. Take2 pakett maksab 800 € (pluss käibemaks).
